  • Geoff Blethyn played 84 games with the Bombers through the late 1960's and 1970's, he would go onto kick 216 goals including the century in 1972.

    Blethyn made his senior debut at just 17 years of age, in April of 1968 and played twice in the early part of the season. His third appearance in the Bombers senior side was the Grand Final against Carlton, replacing Alan Noonan on the half forward flank and standing the great Wes Lofts.
