Acerca de esta escucha
Since receiving her ADHD diagnosis Faye makes no apologies for her “OTT-ness” in every aspect of her life, any more, and quite rightly so. Faye would be classed as your stereotypical “hyperactive” ADHDer, yet she still didn’t receive her diagnosis until her 20s. She speaks so candidly about why this could be and how much diagnosis meant to her leading to a greater self- acceptance and understanding of herself. Furthermore, she discusses the RSD and imposter syndrome she feels, and the damage this can still cause for her. Faye was an absolute star, and there are some real gems in this episode. Most of all, if we are "too much" then GO…FIND…LESS!!
