Acerca de esta escucha
Anybody else up for starting the Spider Appreciation Society (SAS)?! Natalie was so fun to talk to and had so much knowledge and experience to share. Relatively new to ADHD diagnosis, she is so insightful about her personal experiences and her journey so far. In particular, she touches on the interplay between trauma and ADHD, and her personal perspective on this, and the huge impact RSD has had on her life. Thank you so much to Natalie for her candidness and honesty. Also, please can someone with experience make the “Classic Executive Dysfunction Gal” t-shirt!

Chats in the Attic is a ten part audio series bought to you by ADHD: Let's Talk. They are 30 (ish) minute episodes chatting with late-diagnosed women with ADHD about their experiences of ADHD and how it looks for them. Raising awareness, busting stereotypes and increasing understanding, this audio series will be valuable regardless of whether you have ADHD, are curious about ADHD or just want to know more, and offers a voice and insight into personal accounts of ADHD.
For ADHD awareness month, one episode a day will be released from October 11th until October 21st.
ADHD: Let's Talk is a movement set up by Roxanne Rogers, an MRes student researching gender and ADHD, following her own ADHD diagnosis at 32. Through this social media platform, she shares the findings from her own research, and people are invited to share their own ADHD stories, to increase awareness and understanding around ADHD, particularly in groups that have not researched or given a voice thus far.
