    In episode 4 Scott and Tie chat with two of Australia's most well known reptile society presidents - Adam Sapiano from the Victorian Herptetological Society (VHS) and Joanne Payne from Illawarra Retpile Society. Adam and Jo sit down with us and we talk about reptile societies, what's involved in putting on two of Australia's best reptile expos and we manage to give Scott a bit of stick. Anyone thinking of vending or attending one of their expos, or joining a society should definatly give this episode a listen!

    This was a re do of the original episode we had scheduled for May 2025. Technical difficulties made it impossible to edit so we sat down with them again to re do the original episode.

    In episode 24 Scott and Tie chat with two legends from the Victorian Herpetological Society - Brian Barnett and Adam Sapiano. Brian was the president of the VHS before Adam took over. The Victorian Herpetological Society is one of the oldest and most prestigous reptile societies in Australia. The VHS has done some wonderful things for the Australian and international herping community, and it was an honour to hear Brian and Adam talk about what they have achieved.

    This is Brian's only podcast to date, and aside from presidential roles with the VHS, he shares with us what it was like keeping, working with reptiles and herping from the 1950's till present.

    In episode 18 Scott and Tie chat with Amber Harrison and Jesse Campbell. Amber is a reptile keeper at Symbio and Jesse works in ecology and has a well-known YouTube channel. In this episode we discover what conservation programs Amber's working on at Symbio, how good she is with insects, herping Thailand and her goals for the next ten years. Jesse talks about earless dragons, how good he isn't with insects, herping Komodo and his future plans. There's lots of laughs in this episode as we talk to two young herpers who will make a name for themselves in the future.
