  • In today’s episode I speak to Karina Barillas of Louisville’s La Casita center, a not for profit supporting the Latinx community. Karina speaks beautifully about decolonization, feminism, and solidarity. I also talk about spirituality as a path of compassion and action, rather than simply one of self-exploration.
