  • Resumen

  • A devotional study about competition and how the Bible views it. We're going to start with this story from the life of King Saul and the young man David. This will be the first of at least two (2) studies on the biblical perspective on competition and the Christian. Let's look at one example provided to us on this topic.

    1 Samuel 18:7-8 KJV
And the women answered one another as they played, and said, “Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands.” And Saul was very wroth, and the saying displeased him; and he said, “They have ascribed unto David ten thousands, and to me they have ascribed but thousands: and what can he have more but the kingdom?”
