The way we connect with people has always been evolving. It used to be simple, if you wanted to connect to someone, you’d either meet them in person or pick up the phone.  We eventually got texting and the internet which made it easier to get in touch with people, but we lost something with the advent of these new technologies.   Typing a message isn’t quite the same as hearing someone’s voice or seeing their face. Without talking to the person, without seeing them, you’ve cut off two of your most important senses that we use to convey emotion… Your connection isn’t as strong.   However, over the past decade or so, we’ve seen a rise in connecting with people over video. Re-enabling those intimate connections, giving us back our senses that are so important for human contact.   On today’s show, we’re going to talk about human connection and about connecting with clients through video.
