    Nadine McNeil is a yoga teacher and the Universal Empress. She is a full time member of staff at The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali. Originally from Jamaica, she worked for the UN for over two decades, which is how she came to be in Indonesia. After training as a yoga teacher in India, she committed to a life of service as a teacher and a coach. We discuss life in yoga as COVID19 lockdown conditions prevent travel and there is a sense of reflection and contemplation where once busyness prevailed.
