  • The Dragon Kids teach words in Mandarin pertaining to surrogacy and interview a NY couple who had to go through surrogacy in another state because it was illegal in New York until February 15, 2021. The Dragon Kids are Angelo Chen, Zoe Jiang, Becky Liu, Si Chen Xu, and Leo Yu, 7th graders at PS 126/MAT in NYC, and Amanda Chen and Joyce Jiang, high school mentors from School of the Future. The Dragon Kids were all once English language learners and students of Ms. Patterson, who teaches ENL at PS 126/MAT.  Original music by Angelo Chen, 7th grade, PS 126/MAT. Vocals by Sophie Redvers, 9th grade, Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. This episode was made remotely on Google Classroom.
