I'm happy to have Ben Kelly back with me today! Ben and I chat about how being made redundant opened up his life fully to all he's doing now. We talk in detail about some of the ins and outs of how our brain works and why hypnosis and other modalities can be so helpful in changing lives for the better. We touch on future pacing, time line, what reality is to each of us and more!

Ben started teaching meditation around 13 years ago, which developed into studying hypnosis and then opening a full time hypnotherapy practice about 3 years ago. Along with being the owner of Horwich Hypnotherapy in the North west of England, he has recently also created Change-Works, which is presenting mental health talks to various organizations including the British NHS.

He will soon publish his Self Care Manual, as well, a collection of information, tools and techniques to manage your self care.
