I wasn't happy with what I was seeing on social media, i didn't think people felt comfortable enough to ask real questions. You only need to look at all our feeds to see, so I decided to do something about it and the response has been unreal!!!!

This is a superhero of a IBD advocate and their journey is nothing short of show stopping. So many shares here will help you to overcome the hurdles in your life.

Getting diagnosed with IBD can be a relief in many cases and in some still be a huge shock. Living with IBD can require massive lifestyle adjustment.

Though there are actually many things we have in common whilst living our lives with IBD, there are still so many lessons we can learn from each other’s journey's be that living with Crohn's, Colitis or with an ostomy.

Our lives with IBD are stories of heroism and great magnitudes of self-reflection and realisations. In these episodes we are talking about our stories living with IBD and our struggles strife’s and blessings throughout this journey of living with IBD
