    Our host Tinuke Oyediran will take you on a journey of self-discovery through sport and movement. 


    This week, Tinuke sits down with our special guest: Debra Nelson from Football Beyond Borders, an organisation that uses the world’s most popular sport to engage young people struggling at school.


    In episode 2, we understand the challenges young female football players face and how Debra uses her leadership skills to relate to kids of all genders during a pivotal time in their growth.

    We hear about Debra's journey into football and her personal development into leadership as a young athlete herself. She also talks us through how she uses the power of football to inspire and encourage girls, getting them active and enjoying themselves whilst creating positive relationships.
