  • Dan Lawson broke the National 3 Peaks Challenge by foot in August when he summited the 3 Peaks and ran between each of them. We chat about Nomadic Saunas (need one), recovery, and the experience both of them had during this record breaking run. Darren finishes off reciting one of the first odes he made and sent to Dan after his Lejog record - which turned out to be the start of a firm friendship and, ultimately, the seeds of the Green Runners.
