On June 23, 2021, 24-year-old geologist Daniel Robinson, drove his 2017 blue Jeep Renegade away from his job site in the desert area west of Sun Valley Parkway just north of Cactus Road in Buckeye, Arizona. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Daniel’s father, David, speaks with Dateline’s Josh Mankiewicz about his tireless search for his son. Daniel is 5’8”, and weighs 165 lbs. 38-year-old California mother Heidi Planck was last seen leaving her 10-year-old son’s football game in Downey, California on October 17, 2021. Her ex-husband, Jim Wayne, reported her missing three days later when she failed to pick their son up from school. Hours after Heidi was last seen, her dog was found on the 28th floor of an apartment building in downtown Los Angeles. Dateline’s Josh Mankiewicz speaks with Jim Wayne and one of Heidi’s close friends. Heidi is 5’3” and 120 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes.
