  • Bio-cabins are a simple solution that turns food waste into habitats for small ocean creatures. We visited Havhøst during the festival and ate oysters and muscles, it was/ is the simple way to make change. Bodil, one of the board members who is also a founder of Bølgemarken (a blue-muscle farm that produces produce for a lot of local restaurants) told us about the launch of their newest project. Both organisations have taken the initiative to make cyclical food production that minimizes food waste and helps ocean life flourish.
