  • In today's episode, I'll be discussing how depression has profoundly impacted my self-image and the toll it has taken on my body and sense of self-worth.


    I've had to confront the emotional toll of seeing myself change physically and the challenge of finding self-acceptance in the face of societal beauty standards. And I am still working on it!


    Today, I'm encouraging you, my listeners, to reject society's narrow definitions of beauty and embrace your unique selves, in all your sizes and shapes!
