In this episode your host T shares her experience of drawing from her culture so she may encounter healing. She shares her experience with creating the Altar for her ofrenda, that she created to honor and celebrate the lives of her loved ones.


    On this day that so many of our ancestors celebrate as their most anticipated holiday, may we remember our loved ones. May we all have the courage to discover new way to heal.
