But bribery can occur at any level of an institution, from front-line workers to powerful executives. And no matter where it occurs, it can erode trust in public institutions, which can have negative downstream effects on the health of a society and population. But how do we stop it once it starts?


    Diana Dakhlallah, Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at the Desautels Faculty of Management, tested a possible solution a Moroccan hospital. Step one: drill down to the organizational level.
