    Celebramos el episodio 250 compartiendo un chispazo de Isra García con las bases de la mentalidad, actitud y espíritu del cinturón blanco. Fue justo después de finalizar el protocolo extremo de 5 meses de Maestría del Ser que diseñó para sí mismo a modo de retiro en una montaña de Indonesia, allí realizó varias grabaciones en forma de reflexiones, recordatorios y aprendizajes, este es uno de ellos.
