I’m Caroline, a Christian mother of 4 amazing kids, holistic wellness and essential oils nerd! I have tried all kinds of “healthy” approaches to my wellness over the years from cleanses, diets, crazy fitness regimens, and more. I was tired of feeling pulled in so many directions, without the time or energy to prioritize the health and life I wanted. It felt very overwhelming trying to find the time to take care of myself while trying to keep up with the needs of my family. I finally started to experience a shift in my wellness, starting with my mental health, when I began working through old identity patterns and beliefs that were holding me back from truly pursuing health from the ground up. I began building a lifestyle of holistic habits that allowed me to experience more confidence in my body, motherhood, and relationship with God. And now I’m ready to share that journey with you! If you want to feel good in your body again, without crazy fitness plans or time consuming meal planning… And you want to embrace this season of motherhood with a sense of joy and contentment… All while building a foundation of holistic health that will empower you to create simple self-care routines, balanced healthy habits, AND improve your sleep, mood, and energy… This podcast is for YOU!
