His family and associates recently released a body of music he had created prior to his death in 2020. Life is not easy... in fact, it is very scary and very hard a lot of the time. Hearing stories like those of Jelly Roll and Iam Tongi give us reasons to keep going. Today we had the pleasure of having on another one of Jesh's good friends, Izik, also know as "Surge". Izik is the owner of a popular street clothing brand, Royal Surge. We talked to Izik about what got him into fashion, how he started the brand, what his growing up was like and much more. He shared a lot about his struggles with getting bullied while growing up, the challenges and hurts in life that drove him into fashion and the purpose of the brand.
