Steve acknowledges the essential truth of that; he points out that even liberal hero Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted Roe was not on very stable ground constitutionally. Still, he thinks that a lot of what Alito has written is wrong, gratuitous, and / or potentially dangerous.
