    Meet the guest: Dr. Béatrice Sauvé is a postdoctoral fellow at the Quebec Swine Development Center, specializing in pig and sow nutrition. She completed her Ph.D. in Animal Science at Université Laval, with research focusing on the impact of mycotoxins on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in pigs. Dr. Sauvé also holds a Master's degree in Animal Sciences from Université Laval and a Bachelor's in Environmental Biology from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
