Matt Zarras, Vice President of Recruiting at Dart Transit made a life-changing decision when he saw Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) change his Dad's life. Matt will be running the 2023 New York City Marathon on November 5 to raise funds and awareness of the little-known disease.

Darin and Beach talk with Matt about his journey from "couch to marathon" and the real-life challenges that such an endeavor creates. The current state of truck driver recruiting is discussed, and we learn that Beach may have bought “energy gum” from a guy in an alley at a recent truck show.
