    Today we are exploring the merging of these two worlds.

    This is not a subject the school teaches, though as something that exists in the world, we though it might be interesting to hear about it!


    Throughout history, plants have been revered as great medicine healers, by Yogis and Rishis as well. Modern culture has in a way normalized the everyday use of the plant, which has the potential of distracting from the potency of the medicine. In this episode Yael Ginzburg speaks with Adayna Janelle about incorporating the wisdom of the plant in the yoga practice.

    They also speak about the entrepreneurial path of a holistic practitioner.

    Janelle is a Yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki master, sound healer and founder of Soul School.
