In this episode I talk about how you can optimise the follicular phase of your cycle through food and lifestyle. In particular, from the perspective of having Endometriosis and of course trying to conceive.  

It includes:

• What the follicular phase is and what happens biologically during this time.
• The importance to properly clear the endometrial lining during and after your period
• The things you can do during your period
• The causes of a poor endometrium
• Things you can do to enhance your womb lining, follicle development and egg maturation before ovulation.

There will be two further episodes this season related to this one on optimising ovulation and fertilisation, and then for embryo implantation and early pregnancy maintenance.
