  • In this episode Jamie talks to Kathleen from Ontario who tells us her story of growing up in a household with her father who was a veteran of WWII and also with her mother that dealt with her own mental illnesses. She has also is a victim of work place trauma and touches on how that affected her life. Last she talks about the loss of her husband due to a car crash. Kathleen shares with us some incredible life struggles and how she made it through them. Kathleen is a strong woman and she shares some tips that helped her through and we know her story will inspire others.
