    After escaping an abusive marriage, she now helps victims and families of domestic abuse develop life-changing coping strategies. 

    We spoke after the first lockdown in March, which was an extremely tough period for those dealing with domestic abuse. It was reported that Domestic violence 'increased globally during lockdown'.

     

    Through telling her own story, Asma is empowering others to find the confidence to choose safety and thrive.

     

    We spoke about self-belief and the power of speaking out.
