    September 20th is a big day for Rabya, as her Ethnicity Pay Gap petition will finally be debated in parliament. 

     

    She’s calling the government to make it mandatory for large companies to publish their ethnicity pay gaps, to shine a light on race-based inequality in the workplace. 

     

    In this episode, we discuss whether social media activism is a real thing, the importance of advocating for yourself, and how this Desi Disrupter finally found her voice.
