  • We welcome to the podcast a good friend and fellow horror movie lover, Tim Smith. In this episode, we take a dive into the interesting world of hagsploitation films.

    We discuss such classics as 'Whatever Happened to Baby Jane' & 'Hush...Hush Sweet, Charlotte'. These two iconic films from the mid to early 60's set the foundation for movies that have been influenced from them. From movies like 'Ma' to 'The Others', we connect the dots on the different themes and tropes that one comes to expect hagsploitation films and why queer audiences love older actresses.
