  • Hello and welcome to the Oxfordshire Court and Crime Podcast where in this episode your host, Gee Harland, talks about cases recently heard across Oxfordshire courts.

    The main focus today is the sentencing of Anthony Stocks, a 54-year-old man found guilty of the attempted murder of a 10-year-old boy.

    Stocks tried to murder the boy after he tried to ‘intervene’ with the defendant assaulting an underage girl.

    The pod also covers the trial of a mechanic accused of flipping his client's car after installing an 'F1-like' engine as well as the sad inquest of Martyn Stringer, who took his own life.
