  • Just like the last episode, this one is rough. This episode talks heavily about the process I took to work towards healing. Healing is not linear and there is not a one size fits all. This is my experience as I walk through this journey in my personal life, right now. This episode does talk about trauma, addiction, suicide, and more. Please use discretion while listening, if you are not in a good place mentally come back to this episode another time.
