  • Dr. Michaela Czernekova is my guest on this episode.  She has a PhD in Cell Biology, is a yoga instructor and Health and Wellness Life Coach.  She is from the Czech Republic.  We discuss her life as a coach and how and why she got into coaching.  She goes into little ways we can start building our confidence and allowing us to achieve our full potential.  We talk about how some of us have unhealthy relationship with food and and unhealthy relationship with ourselves and what we can do to get into a more positive mindset.  Had a great time talking with her and learning different ways to help cope with negativity, laziness, insecurities, etc.  She also reveals her own way of how she gets herself motivated and inspired.
