    Using these specific frequencies and combining them with GP’s Inner reconciliation work supports the energy to flow in a natural healing way.

    Some of GP’s meditations contain two forms of brain entrainment and we’re excited to have you hear some of them during this episode as well as hear about how and why they work.

    The meditation we’ll be sharing includes binaural beats generating a low theta wave and solfeggio frequency at 528 Hz.

    The theta waves are the frequency of deep meditation where the subconscious resistance is at its lowest, outside of sleep. And The solfeggio frequency 528 Hz is the frequency of miracles, deep transformations, and the repair of deep energetics patterns.

    These frequencies are believed to create positive shifts to those in proximity to them.
