  • Michele got her start at the Culinary Institute of America. Every student here is required to take a class on wine. She loved the way her professor, Michael Weiss, made wine sound like art: living poetry. She was the tutor for this class for over a year, while finishing her bachelor’s in business management. During the lock-down, Michele wrote her first book: Pairing Paws: Dog Breeds and Their Spirit Wines. Annihilation Archetypes, The Splattering of Silence, Unleashed, and How To Build a Wine List were released in 2023. Pairing Paws: Cat Breeds and Their Spirit Wines is anticipated by the summer 2023. She went on to be the Wine & Beverage Director at the Fearless Restaurant Group, where she oversaw 10 restaurants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is currently working at the Four Seasons Philadelphia in Jean Georges.
