  • In this month's episode of The Herbal Journey podcast, we dive into discussions with Andre Wilson from Inner Alchemy Rejuvenation on the fundamentals and benefits behind the Wim Hof breath work and cold therapy methods to assist you with your holistic wellness practice. We started discussing the benefits of infrared and the cold and hot hydro therapies, which led to the discussion of breath work techniques, and these therapies being great options for aiding my Cystic Fibrosis symptoms.
