  • In this month's Herbal Journey Podcast we meet with Abbie Dillion from Gaia Herbs!  We dive into discussions around regenerative agriculture practices, what that is and what it means to be regenerative. We talk about tips and tools to be regenerative on a large and small scale herb farm and what they are doing on Gaia herbs farm to be sustainable and regenerative to mother Gaia. Abbie Dillion is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in horticulture. Soon after graduating, she landed her dream job as a farm crew leader at Gaia Herbs - a 250 acre regenerative organic certified medicinal herb farm nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina. She works alongside her team to expand diversity and pollinator habitat on the farm to create the healthiest ecosystem possible. She believes regenerative farming is one of the most important forces in improving our environmental and human health, and is excited to continue learning how to effectively farm with mother nature in mind and heart.
