Chris Stiebler, originally from Miami, Florida, grew up in Colorado and considers it his hometown. After attending the University of Hawaii in the early 90s, he transitioned from a career in finance to real estate development, working on major international projects. Chris has founded and sold multiple businesses, from sports bars to a bottled water company. He values taking extended sabbaticals for philanthropy and spiritual exploration.

In 2016, Chris embarked on a transformative thousand-mile walk through France and Spain, only to discover he had cancer upon completion. After successfully battling the illness, he relocated to Kauai to work on the Timbers Kauai project. Despite personal challenges, including a brief marriage and the loss of his mother, Chris found purpose in being a father figure to his adopted son, Nikita, whom he has helped raise since the age of four. Their unconventional but loving family dynamic has enriched Chris's life immensely.
