  • This episode I'm joined by the awesome Gunnar Peterson. Gunnar has built a phenomenal career in the Strength and Conditioning world. He has worked at the absolute highest level ranging from A-list movie stars such as Sylvester Stallone, and Ben Affleck to being the director of Strength and Conditioning for the LA Lakers! We discuss how he got into that world, rose to that tier, and what it's like working with these types of people. I had a blast talking to Gunnar and hope y'all enjoy this episode!
