  • Bailey is the founder and CEO of the healthy food company Bondi Bowls, which only continues to grow with multiple food trucks across 8 states with a store front in her hometown and many more to come. She announces in this episode a new location opening up in Huntington Beach, with a grand opening in October 2023. She is an APU alum with a degree in business marketing and in this conversation, she talks about what it looks like for her to take big risks, step out of her comfort zone, trust in God, and maintain a strong work ethic.
