  • Luis Navarrete has been practicing as a licensed mental health counselor & family therapist for 14 years. He is also a husband of 13 years & father of two children. The journey to his career started with his parents divorce when he was 17. He met with the school counselor & much to his surprise, she recommended he go for a run. He quickly fell in love with running & has completed 30 marathons since. Luis shares the importance of fathers having a social outlet, physical outlet & creative outlet. This has been proven beneficial for mental health in his personal life & the lives of his clients.
