However, it can be challenging to change the way you run, especially since you have to pay attention to many parts of your body at once. In this episode, we explain ways to apply your running form to your training to make this transition more bite-sized. Specific opportunities such as running hills, doing interval workouts, or even in races give you an opportunity to focus on different parts of your form. Don’t worry--over time, running with your ideal form will become natural!
