This Breakthrough Session is different from others you may have listened to on the podcast. Mckenzie had a lot of self awareness and already recognized her blocks. However, she didn’t recognize where her blocks were coming from. Similar to most people, she felt she had loving parents (and she did) but she didn’t realize the way they treated her, although it was with great intentions, was actually harmful to her and created beliefs and wounding that are still affecting her in her adult life.

In the 1st part of this series you’ll notice that Mckenzie didn’t have a lot of resistance to uncovering her childhood wounds, but it was difficult for her to receive how her parents were seeing her. This call is eye-opening as to why it can be so difficult for us to learn from life lessons and break the patterns we continually repeat.
