  • In season three, episode six, I had a great conversation with my friend Pastor Andrew Gard of Grace City Church in Central Florida. Andrew and his wife Christina planted in 2015, serving both as senior pastors and founders of Grace City Leadership Institute.


    With longevity in ministry and people development, serving the local church and SEU throughout his career, Andrew is a decisive culture builder. He’s a firm believer that it’s not perfection, but a leader’s consistency and character that fuel the mission’s engine.
