Hit & Miss!
Diversity is King and that is so true with respect to food preparation, cooking and eating. As Dr. Joanna McMillan mentioned, all forms of dietary fiber, soluble and insoluble as well as resistance starches are all very healthy and so necessary as an integral part of our healthy diet.
However, it's weird that this episode focuses a bit on leaky gut syndrome and still there are suggestions to include grains like wheat, spelt or corn. Unbelievable!
Also, it is true that as creatures of habit, we eat what we have eaten forever unconsciously, and, it is indeed important to diversify. However, not sure if it is possible to start trying out every country's cuisine. While it might be a wonderful and an interesting experience and even an enjoyable one, it might be very difficult and impractical for a lot of people, like, nearly 70% or more of world population. :)
