Slightly interesting
David’s lifestyle seems to be at odds with his inability to sleep. I like the notion of trying to get away from using the CPAP machine.
I have insomnia issues and will try keeping the phone away from my bed. Unfortunately we have a bully attempting a coup in this country so hopefully he’ll end up in jail soon.
It would have been interesting to know if the mother of the sleep robot creator was able to improve her sleep and stop using pills.

Why is this the End
David Baddiel has a soothing voice along with Guy. I’m quite sad that well it was only six episodes! Id love to go on this journey with David more as he tries different techniques and talks about sleep to see what improvements he is able to truly embrace well cultivating an ongoing career. I guess for now though this is the end. It was a lovely listen.
