  • Hollywood likes to rehash or "borrow" different ideas, that's nothing new. Sometimes it works well, and sometimes it falls flat. Whether it's trying to adapt British humour for an American audience or putting their own spin on Japanese horror, there are countless examples each with varying results. Will they take an idea and make it their own, or will it be a complete shot-for-shot retelling of the exact same story?
