  • Title: Difficulties Abound: Overcoming the Challenges to Win Today's conversation concerns educators' challenges and difficulties and how to use them as opportunities for growth and learning. In this podcast, we encourage educators to feed their minds with positive content, surround themselves with positive people, and develop good habits. The conversation concludes with a reminder to embrace difficulties and use them as opportunities for leadership. In this episode, we “flashback” to one of our most popular episodes, Episode 3, where we first brought up the concept of “using your difficulties” for good, instead of allowing them to derail the important work you are trying to do. We close with a discussion of best practices so that you can use those difficulties when they arise. Things like more rest, surrounding yourself with positivity and positive people, and prioritizing oneself in order to contribute to effective leadership.
