  • This week I got to chat to the lovely Leah from The Snug Sleep. Leah is a certified sleep consultant and a mother to her 2 year old daughter, she does both 121 sessions for parents struggling and looking to help with sleep, as well as online sleep guides to read through in your own time.

    Leah did a hypnobirthing course with her husband and was able to use all the techniques she learnt throughout her birth, resulting in a water birth.
