  • El Cevichero started just a few years ago as a food truck selling several varieties of ceviche. Fast forward to today where El Cevichero is a full service restaurant and bar with a seafood and Mexican food menu. They are especially known for their birria! Abel Mota started the restaurant with the help (and recipes) of his mother. She is just as involved today in making sure all the guests are having fun and enjoying the food.
